Leading with Legacy
Facade Clad Tech Group (FCT) is led by Sandeep Malhan, whose journey in the world of facades began early with his grandfather, a pioneer in Curtain Walls and Glazing Solutions in India.
With a solid foundation in the family business, Sandeep brings over two decades of professional experience, honed through training with industry giants Permasteelisa.
Expanding Expertise
After his training with Permasteelisa in facade engineering (Singapore) and manufacturing (Thailand), Sandeep's expertise expanded as he worked with the Pisa Group's India operations.
He later headed marketing and operations functions at ECIE Impact, adding a diverse skill set to his repertoire.
A Vision Realised
In 2008, Sandeep turned his vision into reality, founding FGS Infra now FCT Group. The company provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for building facades and envelopes, offering glazing, glass, aluminum products, and maintenance services for large-scale projects.
Pioneering Alliances
FCT's management, equipped with comprehensive knowledge and experience, has forged strategic alliances with industry leaders like Schüco (Germany) and Lixil (Japan), solidifying the company's position as a trailblazer in the facade solutions industry. Sandeep's illustrious portfolio includes landmark projects such as Bangkok Airport, Singapore Stock Exchange, Lancor Menon Eternity (green building), and many more.
